Throughout our 9-day retreat, we weave the elemental forces of aarth, fire, water, and air into a profound journey into our hearts and our bodies.
EARTH – SHEDDING SKINS
How can I release what no longer serves me, allowing space for growth?
In the earth element, you'll embark on a journey of introspection and release. Shedding the old skin of limiting belief systems, you'll liberate yourself from the weight of societal expectations surrounding femininity, sexuality, sisterhood, and relationships. Through trauma work and inner child exploration, you'll bravely confront and express emotions long held within. The Peruvian Despacho Ceremony acts as a potent catalyst in this journey, enabling participants to release old narratives by offering them to the earth, where they are transformed into fertile seeds for personal growth.
FIRE – PHOENIX RISING
What parts of myself are ready to die, what parts are ready to be awakened?
In the fire element, you'll experience a powerful journey of self-expression and rebirth. Through voice activation and owning your truth, you'll reclaim the power of your voice and alchemize wounds and traumas in a transformative fire ceremony. Embracing divine diversity, you'll rise from the ashes of the past, culminating in the symbolic rebirth of the mushroom ceremony. This phase challenges you to let go of the old self and emerge anew, ready to embrace your authentic essence.
WATER – SELF-LOVE & SENSUALITY
How can I deepen the relationship with myself and embrace my sensual nature?
In the water element, you'll immerse yourself in the gentle embrace of self-love and sensuality. Through cleansing rituals and the exploration of sensuality, you'll reconnect with your innate innocence and the sacred union within. Slowing down and moving with the natural rhythms of your body, you'll delve into embodiment practices and intuitive dance, aligning with your true purpose and deepest desires. This phase invites you to nourish your soul, honoring your sensuality and beauty.
AIR – HEARTS ALIGNED
How can I cultivate relationships built on mutual respect, understanding, and love?
In the air phase, you'll focus on cultivating harmonious relationships and conscious co-creation. Through relational practices of tantra and conscious communication, you'll learn to transcend jealousy and embody healthy boundaries. Engaging in elements of dance and contact beyond contact, you'll explore the interconnectedness of all beings and the power of collaboration. This phase encourages you to approach relationships with authenticity and compassion, fostering deep connections rooted in love and understanding.
The Retreat Setting
Our retreat takes place at Protopia Community, a permaculture farm and social innovation project aiming at empowering people to redesign societal paradigms towards an equitable world. Protopia is located 2 hours away from LIR Liberia International Airport and 3.5 hours from SJO Juan Santamaria International Airport.

With her passionate commitment to aiding those seeking guidance, Maddie facilitates experiences for those wishing to reclaim their hearts and embody unconditional love, laughter, play, and reawaken to life's magic. She envisions restoring harmony, balance, and healing to humanity and the earth through her shamanic gifts and innate healing abilities.
Mara is passionate about embodied, tantric, spirituality that embraces all aspects of life encouraging self-love, authenticity and joy. Her mission is to empower the feminine, break through dogmatic, societal narratives, inspire people to unleash their unique gifts, and cocreate a conscious shift toward a peaceful, sustainable living. As a certified energy medicine practitioner, musician, and yoga teacher, Mara creates nurturing spaces for you to delve into your inner wisdom. Through a fusion of Yoga, Qi Gong, dance, shamanic techniques, and meditation, she encourages you to deeply listen to your heart and body, cultivating intimacy with yourself.

We're excited to introduce a transformative approach to pricing for our retreat: simply cover the costs of food and accommodation, and after the retreat, decide freely how you wish to financially appreciate us for our love, time, and energy invested in holding the space.
Deep within our hearts, we felt a yearning to create a different way of valuing this retreat experience. To break free from the confines of capitalism and make this retreat as accessible as possible, we've taken a leap of faith and introduced a community-based payment option rooted in transparency and communal values.
Our intention is to move away from the competitive and scarcity-driven mindset, and instead, foster a narrative of abundance, care, and mutual cooperation. We want every woman who feels the call in her heart to join us, regardless of financial limitations. Recognizing the diversity of socio-economic backgrounds, we transparently divide the costs of the retreat center (yoga space, food, and accommodation) equally among all participants.
This minimum price (around $1300 USD) covers only the essential costs and does not include any payment for workshops, ceremonies, or our space-holding. At the end of the retreat, we'll guide a beautiful abundance meditation, allowing you to listen to your heart and determine the amount that feels aligned for you to contribute.
But wait, there's more! You can also set up your own payment plan, spreading the financial commitment over a year according to your capacity. We trust in the divine timing and believe that the right amount of money will flow to us.
